Processing & Delivery Times
USA/EU/CA In-Stock Sex Doll Torsos: 24 Hours processing time , 3-5 Business Days Shipping Time.
Non-Stock Sex Doll Torsos/Sex Toys/Masturbator: 3-5 Days Processing time , 10-15 Business Days Shipping Time (Depends on your location). This is an approximate time.
For non-stock torsos or sex toys, they will be produced and shipped directly from our China factory.
Exceptions may apply to silicone dolls and robot dolls. Other exceptions may extend this time frame (like a Chinese holiday, snowstorm, rainstorm, COVID-19, etc.)

Customs Duties and Taxes
In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $150 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. Customers in the US do not need to pay any import taxes and fees.

Check and Accept Your Package

You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package. If the package box has been corrupted when you see it, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you open each unit and examine it, even if the cartons look fine from outside. If any defect or damage is found, please do not use it and send us pictures or videos within 24 hours. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the product is damaged while shipping.
Tracking Number
We will send you a tracking number to your email after the package has been shipped. Please keep an eye on your order tracking in case something goes wrong with it before it is delivered(eg, suspending tracking, missing item, etc.) till it is delivered.

In order to solve your customs clearance troubles, we chartered a plane to send your package to the United States. Please note that no tracking information will be updated until customs clearance is complete. It will take around 5-8 working days to arrive in your country and clear customs. Please wait patiently.
After completing customs clearance for your package, we will hand over your package to FedEx and they will deliver it to you. Also, FedEx will update the tracking information for your package. Please keep a close eye on your package tracking in case something goes wrong (e.g., suspension of tracking, lost items, etc.) until it is delivered.
