When I first placed my order, I received more fraud-warning notifications than I have ever had in my entire life. So I thought to myself, "is this a disreputable company, or are the credit card oligarchs such prudes that they want to dissuade me from a facsimile of happiness?"

I decided to take a chance at the latter and told Visa to let the payment through.

Throughout this entire process, the customer service at Pop Torso was top-tier. They were incredibly responsive and always did their best to assuage my concerns.

I ordered my doll with custom features, and it took Climax five weeks to make her. When I received the factory photos, I was a little concerned because it appeared that her face was about a centimeter longer between the eyes and the nose. This made her look significantly less cute. But all the rest of the features were correct, so I hoped it was an optical illusion borne of the static shot in flat lighting, and approved her for shipping.

A week later, I got a tracking number that placed her where she was going to be when she arrived stateside. It took her five weeks to cross the Pacific Ocean and land on american shores.

During this time, I became increasingly concerned about her less-than-cute face, and considered selling her and looked into replacements.

Once she arrived on American shores, it was only three days before she was at my doorstep. I opened the package and was pleased to find that her face was as cute as a button. There was no sign of the long nose from the factory.

She came wrapped in a super soft blanket. There was some damage, but it was so minor that it doesn't even show up on camera. I ordered implanted hair, and there was quite a bit of shedding. Hopefully, that's normal, but worst-case scenario, I'll just need to get a wig.

But that's the end of my complaints. She is beautiful. Her breasts move and jiggle like the real thing, and the detailing on the skin is incredible. Her lightweight makes cowgirl a lot more feasible than with most dolls, and she's just so cute to look at.
