Returns & Warranty

Poptorso is committed to providing customers with high quality sex doll torsos. Every order is thoroughly inspected, tested and photographed before leaving the factory. Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or liquid is non-returnable and not for resale. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

With limited exceptions, we do not offer prepaid return labels; you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return.

Returns and Refunds

When you receive your order, be sure to inspect the product carefully to ensure it is in good condition. If you find any defects or damage, please do not use it and send us pictures or videos within 24 hours. Products that have already been used, even if the order is incorrect, will not be processed.

We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason other than the product arriving damaged.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Our policies are valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a return or exchange. You must contact us at service@poptorso.com to let us know about the issue. When sending information about a defect via email, please have the following information ready: your order number, your name, and the nature of the defect. Please return the item in its original packaging to the address we provide you within 7 days of issuance of the RMA. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted, so please retain all packaging within the 30 day return period. Any items returned must contain all original parts and packaging, batteries (if applicable), cords, controllers, blank warranty cards, instructions, etc. If you have additional questions or issues, please contact us at service@poptorso.com.

Warm reminder: The product does not support returns or exchanges without reason!
Item must be unworn and have original tags attached.
We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit.
When sending your return, please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item is delivered to us.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
30 days return, one year warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you receive a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at service@poptorso.com.

How to reach us

Contact us and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, as well as your order number and SKU product number. For items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Our solution:

1. Responsibilities of POPTORSO:

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow the item to be returned to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.

Once the item is received, we will refund the full price of the original product and shipping charges or resend a replacement free of charge at our expense. Use this solution only if Poptorso.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Incorrect order (item size) or unwanted items, within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We can also allow returns if the customer wants to return the item for their own reasons. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the following two parts:

Shipping costs both ways (to and from our warehouse)
20% of the total order value. (Platform payment transaction fees, labor commissions and service fees)
Customers need to provide us with the shipping tracking number and proof of payment, and we will arrange a refund immediately upon receipt of these.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our customer service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Additional Notes About Warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be issued an RMA form. Returns without an RMA form will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in new condition, unused, unworn, with all original tags and their original packaging.

If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned item. All shipping charges and original shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on any discounted items unless the customer received the wrong item or the item is defective.

Compensation time frame
For returned items or exchange items, we will allow 3-6 business days after we receive your item to process resolution.
